Shape agency needs and improve agency quality.
Manage daily agency operations, provide operational suggestions, and resolve issues.
Maintain relationships with agency owners and key members to improve retention and stability.
Provide upward feedback based on agency suggestions and follow up on improvement measures.
Cooperate with the team on event planning, suggest ideas, and monitor the launch and execution process.
