Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Managers: Meet with department heads to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
Source Candidates: Search for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.
Screen Resumes: Review applications and evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
Conduct Interviews: Lead initial phone or video screening calls to assess candidate abilities.
Manage Hiring Pipeline: Schedule interviews, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and track metrics.
Extend Offers: Handle salary negotiations, present job offers, and coordinate onboarding
