Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, databases and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer, joining and onboarding coordination.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Candidate Profile:

Graduates with robust communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

BBA, B.Com, BA and other graduates interested in recruitment and HR are preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA / PGDM / Any Graduate
