Key Roles :

Responsible area : JE Chennai Plant 601, 603, 605

Lead the JE Quality system implementation and Monitor the Quality Management System in JEPL.

Lead the Third party certification + Line transfer audit approval

Lead the recent customer plant assessment qualification

Adherance of measuring equipment calibration plan vs actual

Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to current product PPAP and Customer Realted Quality System Audits / Third party audits

Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit schedule and perform as per requirements)

Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure-Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items.

Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3)as per time line.





Communicate with Customer specific requirements across the plant.

Co-ordinate to evaluate department wise Risk assesment / Contigency plan

Lead the Root cause analysis for Customer situation for Development / zero km (SOP + Safelauch) follow the 8D /PDCA/FTA methodology.

Implement Countermasure (sorting/repair/others)/ update the Horizonal deployment & Standardization.(FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet)

Provide Monthly reports reports and product datas any information to JEPL and HQ / China / Europe Corporate functions that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence.
