Job Description:

Key Responsibilities-
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through chat.
Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
Ensure customer issues and complaints are resolved within defined SLAs.
Identify and resolve routine customer issues by following established guidelines and processes.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns.
Work effectively under pressure and within defined timelines.
Follow instructions and guidelines for daily tasks and current assignments.
Work as an individual contributor within a team.
Be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skills:
1+ years of experience in International Chat Process / Customer Support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
