Job Description – Claims Processor - Jewellery & Fire/Property Insurance

Key Responsibilities
Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.
Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims, including documentation and follow-ups.
Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.
Build and maintain solid qualified relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.
Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining skilled relationships.
Coordinate with clients and provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.
Handle client queries professionally and maintain good communication and rapport with clients.
