About the job

Key responsibilities:
Handle annual filings and corporate compliance for Companies and LLPs.
Manage and maintain statutory records and documentation.
Prepare and assist with Board Minutes, resolutions, and ROC filings.
Handle compliance-related activities through the MCA Portal.
Support the team in statutory documentation and corporate secretarial matters.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act and LLP Act.
