About the Role

Miracle Events & Entertainment is looking for a professional, well-organized, and presentable Front Office Executive to manage the reception and front-office operations while providing a welcoming experience to clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
Welcome and assist clients, guests, vendors, and visitors.
Manage visitor entries, appointments, meetings, and conference-room schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding meetings, visitors, and day-to-day office requirements.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, postal, and other office communications.
Maintain basic office records, documents, registers, and administrative data.
Assist the HR/Admin team with routine administrative and coordination tasks.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.




Ensure the front office and reception area are maintained professionally.
Support management and employees with general administrative requirements.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced event management setting.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in front office, reception, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Candidates based in Pune preferred.
