Key responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and organize office records, documents, files, and reports.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and routine communication.
Process and maintain invoices, bills, expenses, and other administrative documents.
Identify routine administrative issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
