About the Role

Newnovation Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive recent business opportunities in the Recruitment & Staffing Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment Services, and Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, referrals, and other channels.
Generate and qualify leads for recruitment, staffing, and staff augmentation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment/staffing solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
Convert qualified leads into new clients and manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Track market trends,



competitors, and potential target accounts.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in Recruitment Services, Staffing, RPO, or Staff Augmentation.
Solid experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with cold calling, Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and other lead-generation methods.
Ability to identify decision-makers and build a strong B2B sales pipeline.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Good understanding of the US/India recruitment and staffing market will be an advantage.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from Recruitment Agencies, Staffing Firms, RPO companies, Staff Augmentation companies, or HR Services organizations are preferred.
