Job Title: Infra Managed Service Specialist

Role Description:

Provides advanced Linux patching and troubleshooting expertise, handling complex technical issues and driving resolution of critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex Linux patching and remediation activities.




Troubleshoot and resolve critical patching failures and OS issues.
Perform RCA for recurring patching and infrastructure issues.
Develop automation/scripts to improve patching efficiency.
Guide junior team members and support technical escalations.

Technical Experience:
Strong experience in RHEL/Linux administration and patching.
Expertise in Red Hat Satellite, Ansible and patch management tools.
Solid knowledge of OS troubleshooting, repositories, packages and dependencies.
Experience with automation, scripting and vulnerability remediation.
