Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.




Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
Robust problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining the health of communication and collaboration platforms.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.
Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures within a support workplace.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
