Job Description:

Cybersecurity Engineer

Role Summary

Support development of ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity work products through TARA execution, cybersecurity analysis, requirements development, traceability maintenance, and verification support.

Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity work-product development activities.

Perform asset identification and cybersecurity property analysis.

Develop damage scenarios, threat scenarios, attack paths, and risk evaluations.

Support cybersecurity goal and claim derivation.

Develop cybersecurity concepts and specifications.

Perform cybersecurity requirements allocation and traceability activities.

Review available architecture, requirements, and verification evidence.

Support verification and validation work products.

Participate in customer workshops and technical reviews.

Support cybersecurity case development and final handover activities.

Required Skills & Experience

3-8 years of automotive cybersecurity experience.

Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 lifecycle and work products.

Experience supporting TARA activities.

Understanding of ECU architectures, embedded software, communication networks, and connected systems.

Experience with cybersecurity requirements development.

Strong documentation and technical writing skills.





Familiarity with requirements management and traceability tools.

Preferred

Exposure to connected vehicle, telematics, or gateway systems.

Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, OTA, cloud-connected architectures.

Security certification (Security+, GSEC, ISO21434 training, etc.).
