Robust Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to drive governance and controls, collaborate with cross functional teams across enterprise.

Positive Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: Solar Winds, Datadog, etc.)

/n
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and application environment and significance of the technology stack.

/n
Good understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management (Internal & External) and renewal process

/n
Valuable analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement

/n
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills

/n
Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as Service Now, Experience in creating Reports, dashboards
