The role
Manage client relationships from onboarding onward, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and track campaign performance.
Use client feedback and reporting to improve results, satisfaction, and retention.
The role also involves gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and preparing reports to inform improvements in services and client outcomes. The Customer Success Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or qualified services.
Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
