Back Office Executive position with us in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in financial services with a solid focus on skilled communication, email drafting, and investor interaction rather than a typical calling-based job.

In this position, around 50% of the work involves email coordination, documentation, and drafting transparent, qualified responses to investor queries, while calls are done only when required for clarification or resolution.



You would be handling investor servicing requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality written communication with clients.

We are looking for graduates with:
Good written English and email drafting skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email tools
Attention to detail and a client-focused approach
