Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Operational Management:
Carry out client master data set-up/amendments as per instruction
Preparation and processing of invoices accurately and according to deadlines.
To take a “hands on” approach to the monthly and quarterly disbursement billing process and to ensure that all disbursements are input into systems accurately and according to deadlines.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and update pricing tables and conditions to ensure correct fee structures are in place.
Monitor and action the Billing Team Inbox on a daily basis, dealing with queries and requests from either external clients or the business.
Assist in the Monthly/Quarterly Billing run.
Preparing daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly debtors’ reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.
To work on Month end activities like Accruals, Prepayments, Intercompany and Capitalizing Assets as per instructions
Other tasks as required by the Finance manager/Team leader.

Experience:
2+ years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft excel.
Should have experience of working in MNC/Shared service setup with Global teams
Ability to think laterally and apply previous experience to recent problems & displays adaptability to change
Methodical approach with an attention to detail
Ability to maintain quality and manage workload in order to meet deadlines.
Well organised and able to prioritise their own workload
Ability to work both in a team and individually
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation's behaviours and values.
Working knowledge in Sage is preferred, and experience of Salesforce not required but advantageous
