As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals.

Your role is agile, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and continuous refinement of applications to enhance performance and usability within the business context.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Solid understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise-level software solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within digital experience platforms.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
