Role Overview:
We are looking for SAP S/4HANA Retail P2P Consultants to support a retail SAP S/4HANA store rollout. The roles involve P2P process configuration, functional design, testing, integration, procurement operations, go-live and hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP MM/P2P processes.
Work on purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice verification.
Support consignment, returns, vendor reconciliation and accounts payable integration.
Prepare and review functional specifications.
Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, go-live and hypercare.
Manage P2P master data and procurement cutover activities.
Support integration with IS-Retail, EWM, Ariba and Finance.
Support supplier onboarding, EDI and supplier portal activities.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, finance, store operations and technical teams.
Senior: Lead P2P solution design, review specifications, oversee integration, manage risks and act as the P2P SME throughout the rollout.

Mandatory Experience:
Junior/Mid: 5–8 years SAP MM/P2P functional consulting experience.
Senior: 8+ years SAP MM/P2P experience.
Junior/Mid: At least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation from design through go-live.
Senior: At least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
Solid experience in retail procurement, store replenishment, purchasing and goods receipt.
Experience with multi-site SAP S/4HANA retail rollouts.
