Job Description

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue, volume, margin, and collection performance. Develop annual sales plans, territory priorities, and key-account strategies. Develop new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships. Manage sales pipeline, orders, conversion, and follow-ups.
Ensure pricing discipline and overdue control . Guide and develop the sales team, including the Deputy Sales Manager. Review sales forecasts, CRM, and team productivity. Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure customer commitments are met.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service improvement. Take ownership of sales performance and ensure disciplined execution. Qualifications Graduate / Diploma / Technical qualification relevant to the role.



Relevant experience in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or a similar industry .
Robust sales planning, customer development, and commercial understanding. Valuable analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Solid ownership, execution discipline, and problem-solving ability. Customer-focused and comfortable working cross-functionally.
