Generate qualified leads and schedule counselling appointments. Maintain and update leads in CRM/ERP. Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets. Coordinate with counsellors for lead follow-ups.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of telecalling/telesales experience . Valuable communication and convincing skills. Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills. Comfortable working with targets . Basic CRM and computer knowledge. Gujarati, Hindi and English communication preferred. Education/immigration industry experience preferred.
