Follow up on customer enquiries and leads. Inform customers about current collections, offers and showroom events. Invite customers to visit the showroom. Maintain customer details and call records. Coordinate with the showroom team for customer requirements. Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Skills: Good communication, telephone etiquette, customer handling, follow-up skills and basic computer knowledge.
