? We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a proven ability to convert leads into site visits and sales. ⭐ Key Requirement ? Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Real Estate Sales is Mandatory. ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our real estate projects.

Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate project information. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Convince and motivate customers to schedule site visits .

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer follow-ups. Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers. Work towards achieving monthly sales and calling targets . Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM/lead sheets.
