We are looking for a Tele caller to conduct audit verification calls and ensure accurate confirmation of candidate/employer details as per audit guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound audit verification calls to candidates/employers
- Verify placement, salary, joining date, and employment details
- Record call responses accurately in the prescribed format
- Maintain proper documentation and call records
- Follow up on pending confirmations
- Escalate discrepancies to the reporting manager
