Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for real estate projects.

- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant property offerings.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

- Update customer and lead details in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 12 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Basic knowledge of real estate processes and CRM/system handling.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
