Designation: Telesales executive

* Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide detailed information about products/services as required.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a skilled manner.

* Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office .
- Positive attitude, polite behavior, and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
