To expand our reach, we are building a professional calling team that will connect with interested individuals and guide them towards enrolling in our TM courses.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential leads generated from ads, forms, events, and other data.

● Explain the benefits of Transcendental Meditation and provide accurate course details.

● Engage with prospects, answer their queries, and handle objections politely.

● Maintain records of conversations and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.

● Follow up with warm leads to ensure maximum conversions.





● Schedule and confirm appointments for introductory sessions and schedule meetings for B2B clients.

● Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, connections, and conversions.

● Share feedback from prospects to improve calling scripts and strategy.

Requirements

● Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, TeleMarketing or inside sales.

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).

● Good listening skills, empathy, and a polite tone.

● Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.

● Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).

● Self-motivated and target-oriented.

● Prior experience in wellness, education, or course sales will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
