Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

- Explain company projects, products, and services to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain and update customer/lead details in the CRM.

- Schedule site visits or meetings for interested customers.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team and ensure proper lead handover.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tamil and English communication is preferred.

- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

- Freshers can apply; tele-calling/sales experience is an advantage.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
