Role: Tele Counsellor
Location: Hyderabad (Begumpet)
Experience: 1-4 years in telecalling, counselling or inside sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound patient enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Provide information on fertility treatments, consultations and centre services.
- Counsel prospective patients and address their initial queries.
- Convert enquiries into consultation appointments.
- Follow up with interested patients and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.
