We are looking for a Telecalling Executive for a customer support role in the electronics / home appliances field.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
- Assist customers with product, service, installation, and complaint-related queries
- Follow up on pending service requests and customer issues
- Coordinate with service centres and internal teams
- Update call details, complaints, and follow-up status in the system
- Ensure timely resolution and proper customer communication
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable Hindi / English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Experience in electronics, home appliances, service support, or call centre operations will be an advantage
