We are hiring Outbound Telecalling Executives to join our client's calling team. The role involves making outbound calls to parents in Canada, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments with our educational consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to parents in Canada using a dialer system.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with parents.
- Understand their requirements and explain the purpose of the call.
- Schedule appointments for educational consultants.
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and appointment information.
- Make a high volume of calls while maintaining call quality.
- Follow the provided calling process and guidelines.
- Achieve assigned calling and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and clear pronunciation.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence and professionalism while speaking on the phone.
- Ability to have a natural conversation rather than simply read a script.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable handling rejection and objections.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and confidence.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, appointment setting, or international calling will be an advantage.
