We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and pleasant communication style.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable setup for working from home.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
