About the Role: We're hiring an enthusiastic, confident Tele Caller for our Vadodara office. You'll handle outbound/inbound calls, promote products/services, and build customer relationships over the phone. Full training provided — outstanding for freshers starting a career in sales/customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls & handle inbound customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly, resolve doubts
- Update customer records/database accurately
- Follow up on leads; meet call & sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain professional,
polite phone etiquette
Requirements:
- 10th or 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 0–2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales (freshers welcome)
- Good communication in [English/Hindi/Gujarati]
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
- Confident phone manner, patience, and ability to handle rejection
- Must be able to join immediately
Preferred: Prior BPO/call center experience (not mandatory); good multitasking Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
