We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller for Office only to generate leads and convert prospects for our IT services including SaaS, Websites, SEO, digital marketing, and mobile app solutions. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to explain services clearly to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (business owners, startups, local companies)
- Explain company services (SaaS, Website, SEO, Mobile App etc.) in a simple way.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team or online sales
- Maintain client database and update call records
- Follow up with interested clients via calls/WhatsApp/email
- Understand client requirements and pass qualified leads to sales team.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of computers MS Office and internet is must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post Graduate/Graduate in Any Stream may apply.
- Fresher or 6 months+ experience in tele calling / Sales.
- Experience in IT or digital marketing company is a get advantage.
