About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller with excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and potential sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive without being pushy, and capable of building strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
- Explain property projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Use strong negotiation and convincing skills to move prospects toward closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and customer interactions.




- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer handling.
- Achieve individual and team targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with existing and prospective customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to identify genuine prospects and qualify leads effectively.
- Target-oriented with a solid desire to achieve results.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
