Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Vacation & Travel Arrangements team in Gopalapuram, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers using company-provided leads, understanding their travel requirements, explaining suitable vacation/travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and destination needs.
- Explain vacation packages, travel plans, hotel options, and other travel arrangements.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and booking status.
- Coordinate with the internal travel team for quotations and arrangements.




- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge or interest in travel and vacation packages.
- Tamil and English communication skills required.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, travel, sales, or customer service is preferred.
