Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming phone/email inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Course & Fee Counseling: Explain college programs, specializations, eligibility criteria, fee structures, campus facilities, and admission procedures clearly.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up regularly with interested candidates, resolve their doubts, and guide them through the application and enrollment process.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and track daily call logs, student databases, and admission statuses accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordination: Work closely with the admission and counseling team to schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, and final fee submissions.

Pay: ₹15,527.40 - ₹34,543.78 per month
