We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain the company's services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and connect interested prospects with the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve daily calling targets and follow-up objectives.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update lead information and calling status in the company's records or CRM.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–6 months of telecalling or customer support experience will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates will also be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
