IMW Services is looking for a Telecaller to speak with business owners who want to grow online. You will introduce our e-commerce services, understand their needs, and connect interested businesses with our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and introduce IMW Services.
- Ask about their products, business goals, and interest in selling online.
- Explain our services clearly, including marketplace setup and management, websites, and digital marketing.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls with the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Transparent and confident communication in Hindi; English is a plus.
- Good listening skills and a polite, professional manner.
- Comfortable making regular calls and meeting lead targets.
- Basic computer skills. Telecaller or sales experience is preferred.
