We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with patients and prospective customers, provide information about our healthcare services, and assist in appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Explain hospital services, treatments, consultation procedures, and appointment details.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with enquiries, leads, and patients as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, front-office staff, and other departments when required.
- Handle patient questions and direct them to the appropriate department.




- Follow up with patients after consultations or procedures as instructed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to every caller.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any degree / Diploma / 12th standard or equivalent.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, hospital, or healthcare experience is preferred.
