Giftlaya is looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain decoration and gifting packages, follow up with interested customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Your responsibilities will include

- Handle incoming calls and make follow-up calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customers’ occasions, budgets, locations, dates, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable birthday, anniversary, baby shower, and other celebration packages.
- Share package details, quotations, photographs, and booking information through WhatsApp and email.
- Clearly explain prices, inclusions, availability, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and payments without pressuring customers.
- Record customer details, conversations, booking requirements, and follow-up dates accurately.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmation and smooth service execution.




- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Work towards agreed calling, follow-up, and booking targets.

We’re looking for someone with explicit communication skills in Hindi and English, a polite telephone manner, good listening and sales skills, and basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets or CRM tools. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
