This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller Sales role based in Gurgaon Sec 54. We are looking for a confident, persuasive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our e-commerce calling team.
The roles involve interacting with customers who have shown interest in our products, understanding their requirements or concerns, assisting them through the purchase process and converting customer interactions into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to e-commerce sales and enquiries.
- Connect with customers who have shown interest in products but have not completed their purchase.
- Understand the reason behind non-purchase, such as pricing concerns, payment issues, technical problems, lack of clarity or hesitation.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Use effective sales pitches, persuasion and negotiation techniques to drive conversions.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, E-commerce sales, Customer Retention, BPO sales.
- E-commerce or D2C experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales pitch and convincing ability.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
