About the Role, We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to handle customer outreach for Airtel Telecom services. You will be responsible for calling prospective and existing customers to explain services, upgrade plans, and assist with service activation.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Airtel postpaid/prepaid plans, broadband, and value-added services.
- Address customer queries regarding tariff plans, network services, and offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of call logs and customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 6+ months experience in telecalling or BPO sales preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a convincing personality.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and local language (English is a plus).

2: Telecaller – Credit Cards & UCL (Experienced) Job Title: Experienced Telecaller – Credit Cards & Used Car Loans (UCL)

About the Role, We are looking for experienced Telecalling Executives with a background in financial products, specifically Credit Cards and Used Car Loans (UCL). In this role, you will evaluate customer profiles, present appropriate financial solutions, and lead conversion efforts from lead generation to document collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Call qualified leads to pitch credit card offers and Used Car Loan (UCL) schemes.




- Screen applicants for basic eligibility criteria and credit history requirements.
- Guide customers through the loan/credit card application process and follow up on required documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to earn competitive performance incentives.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in outbound telecalling for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, or Used Car Loans (UCL).
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's Degree.
- Skills: Solid negotiation skills, knowledge of financial product lifecycles, and ability to handle customer objections.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

3: Field Sales Executive (Telecom – Airtel & Vodafone) Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Telecom Services (Airtel / Vodafone)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA) + Incentives

About the Role, We are seeking goal-driven Field Sales Executives to drive ground sales for Airtel and Vodafone telecom services. You will meet clients, visit residential/commercial areas, set up promotional stalls, and drive on-ground customer acquisitions for SIM cards, porting (MNP), broadband, and enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to individual customers and businesses to pitch Airtel and Vodafone services.
- Manage customer onboarding, documentation, and activation procedures on the spot.
- Participate in local promotional events, canopy setups, and door-to-door sales drives.
- Build and maintain a strong local network to ensure steady lead generation.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Vehicle & License: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Education: Minimum 10th standard or 10+2.
- Experience: Prior field sales experience in telecom, FMCG, or retail distribution is highly preferred (Freshers with strong drive may apply).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, self-motivation, and local area familiarity.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
