Job Title: Telecaller – Fresher

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + incentives

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Employment: Full-time

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Main responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential pharma customers/leads.
- Explain PCD Pharma products and business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead/customer details in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Good Tamil communication is required.
- Basic English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
