Job Details

- Position: Telecaller
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives
- Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: Palladam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Communicate with potential customers regarding solar products and services
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer information
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain proper call and follow-up documentation
- Work towards assigned performance targets

Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree




- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Tamil communication is preferred
