Telecaller –

AT Edu & Hub is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses and services, handling enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with potential students from provided leads.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain records of calls and lead status.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.
- Achieve monthly enquiry and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Experience in the education/academy sector is preferred.




- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Onsite position (Work from Office).
