We are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries and convert prospective students into course admissions through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage student enquiry data systematically.
- Make regular and timely follow-up calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details and admission information clearly.
- Communicate confidently with prospective students and respond to their basic queries.
- Maintain proper follow-up until the admission decision.
- Focus on converting enquiries into course admissions.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident and professional phone conversation skills.
- Good follow-up and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle enquiry data.
- A result-oriented approach with a focus on admission conversions.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Additional incentives will be provided based on admission conversions and overall performance.
