Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads

· Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries

· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

· Maintain and update call records, customer data, and follow-ups in CRM

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

· Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries

· Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team when required

· Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales

· Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach on every call

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Good listening skills and ability to handle objections





· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

· Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

· Target-driven with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support (preferred, not mandatory)

· Familiarity with CRM software

· Bilingual proficiency is an advantage

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
