About the Role
ASKOM INSURANCE MARKETING SERVICE PVT LTD is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates to join our team as Telecaller Executives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance-related products and services, understanding customer requirements, and maintaining proper follow-up.
This is a professional and supportive work setting with no unnecessary work pressure. Training and guidance will be provided to help new employees understand the work and perform their responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and available options clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate basic information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Share customer requirements and interested leads with the concerned team.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned daily work activities through consistent calling and follow-up.
- Update work status regularly to the reporting manager.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic conversational English is preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, sales, insurance, or BPO experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can work responsibly as part of a team are preferred.
