WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Make outbound calls to customers
-Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
-Provide relevant information as per the assigned process
-Handle customer queries professionally
-Follow up with customers when required
-Maintain accurate call and customer records
-Update daily calling status and share regular reports
-Meet assigned calling and performance targets
-Escalate relevant customer concerns to the concerned team
